Mango Coconut Burfi is an Indian dessert made with mango pulp, dry coconut, cashew nuts, cardamom powder, and sugar. Any Indian festival, such as Rakshabhandan, Diwali, or Ganesh Chaturthi – would not be enjoyed without this ideal sweet. It has flavors of both sweet and mildly tangy. Have it any time of the year, regardless of any festival or special occasion. Here is a quick recipe on how to make Mango Coconut Burfi. Bring mango pulp to boil until it thickens out. Next, add sugar and desiccated coconut and let it cook. Once the mixture turns a bit thick, add cardamom powder and finely chopped cashew nuts. Remove the mixture and pour it on the baking tray with parchment paper. Place the halves of cashew nuts on the mixture and press it gently. Let the mixture gets cool down in the refrigerator.
