Rajma Pulav Made by Jaimi!!!

Rajma Pulav

Rajma Pulav is one of the most favorite vegetarian Indian dishes and is called the ultimate comfort meal of the day. It’s a simple Punjabi rajma chawal. It’s full of protein, fiber, and a perfect quick fix and healthy meal, better than a take-out or fast food. Serve it any time on any day with yogurt or flavorful raita. Soak rajma overnight and pressure cook for about 25 minutes or so. Make sure to discard the water in which rajma is soaked. Wash and soak basmati rice and make sure to keep it aside for about 30 minutes. I made it optional to add onion using this recipe. You can add even onion to it if you would like else, omit it. Add 350 ml of water to the mixture and cover the pot to cook on medium to low heat for about 15 minutes. I hope you get to try this recipe by tweaking ingredients according to your taste and likes. ENJOY!
