Mini Sabudana Khichdi

Mini Sabudana Khichdi – a famous dish made during fasting, upvas or vraat, which can be prepared by stir-frying soaked mini sabudana along with potatoes, crushed peanuts, and spiced with green chilies, ginger, salt, sugar, and lime juice. It is full of flavors and mildly spicy. Make it without occasion or fasting during any time of the year. Fasting can’t be completed without making it, especially during Navratri, Ekadashi, Janmashtami, Mahashivratri, Holi, and Shravan Maas. Serve it with plain yogurt. Waahlaaa! Scrumptious! One of my childhood favorite dishes is Sabudana Khichdi! I have soaked mini Sabudana overnight, but per the recipe suggestion, you can soak it for 3 to 4 hours.
