Khajur Pak – Khajur means dates & Pak is fudge. Khajur Pak is a healthy Indian mithai made with dates, dry coconuts, mixed nuts, watermelon seeds, mawa, and cardamom powder. It is sugar-free sweet with no added sugar, and high in nutritional value. It is packed with energy, and during winter months, it gives you extra nourishment to warm yourselves. You can make them as a healthy snacking option for your morning or afternoon. You can make them during Christmas, Thanksgiving, or Easter. Also, it can be made during Indian festivals such as Diwali, Holi, and Makar Sankranti.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless dates roughly chopped or use a food processor or blender
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • ½ cup chopped cashews
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 tbsp watermelon seeds
  • ½ cup dry coconut
  • ½ cup homemade mawa
  • 2 tbsp organic cardamom powder
