- 1½ cups whole moong sprouted
- 5 cloves grated garlic
- 1 tbsp grated green chili
- 1 juice of a lime
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 dry red chili
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ¾ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp jaggery
- salt to taste
