- 1 cup sooji
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chili
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 ½ tsp ENO
- ½ cup water
- for tempering
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 7 curry leaves
- 3 green chilies
