Ingredients
- 1 cup gram flour
- ¼ cup urad dal flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp carom seeds
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- ½ cup water or as needed
- ½ tsp ghee
- pinch of papad khar
- sunflower oil for deep frying fafda
- 1 cup of rice flour to roll fafda
