- ½ cup water or as needed
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 pinch of turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 8 curry leaves
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- for garnish
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
