Lilva Kachori
Lilva Kachori is a special Indian deep-fried snack made particularly in Gujarat. It’s made with crispy dough filled with a spicy mixture of pigeon peas and everyday spices. There are many variations to make kachoris. I have included potatoes in the filling. They are made with fresh peas when available. Serve with cilantro green chutney and sweet tamarind date chutney. I hope you get to devour this homemade Lilva Kachori in your kitchen. Happy cooking day!!!
