Ingredients
- 3 potato thinly sliced
- 2.25 cup besan
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1.5 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1.5 tsp chaat masala
- 2 green chili chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ENO
- 1/2 tsp ajwain
- water as needed
