Fulwadi/Gujarati Masala Fulvadi Made by Jaimi!!!

Fulwadi

Fulwadi is one of Gujarati’s most famous deep-fried savory snacks. It is made using coarse besan and some everyday spices. It is soft from the inside, crunchy from the outside, spicy, and sweet. As a snack, it complements chai very well. Notes: Make sure to fry them on low to medium flame. Use a ziplock bag to drop the fulwadi directly into the oil. Dilute baking soda with water and then add it to the dough. Cover the dough to rest for 30 to 40 minutes.
