Methi Na Gota is most popular and one of the most authentic Gujarati snacks.  These yummy deep fried fritters are made with gram flour, rava, methi leaves, and basic spices.  These are crispy from outside and soft from inside.  They are enjoyed with green cilantro and mint chutney and with fried green chillies.  Methi Na Gota can be served as breakfast, lunch or as a snack.
