Ingredients to make out layer are mashed potatoes, all-purpose flour, gram flour, salt, sunflower oil, and oil for deep frying.
Surti patties are Gujarati snack made of crisp potatoes patties that are filled with coconut, dry fruit mixtures, and basic spices. These deep fried balls are crispy from outside and soft inside. These lip-smacking patties are served with cilantro-mint green chutney. Surti patties can be enjoyed as a lunch or as a snack.
