Mouthwatering Khandvi Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make Khandvi are gram flour, Greek yogurt, curry leaves, finely chopped cilantro, turmeric powder, salt, pieces of green chillies, grated fresh coconut, water, sunflower oil, lime juice, and mustard seeds.

Traditional popular Gujarati snack Khandvi are gram flour rolls topped with freshly grated coconut, tempered with mustard seeds, and cilantro.  This yummy delicious rolls are made from gram flour with yogurt and basic spices.  Khandvi can be enjoyed as a breakfast or as a snack.
