Crispy Baked Farsi Puri Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make baked farsi puris are 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup semolina, 1/2 TSP cumin seeds, 1/2 TSP salt, 1/4 TSP turmeric powder, and water.

Baked farsi puris are heathy, crispy, and savory snack coming from Gujarati cuisine.  They are made from all purpose flour or wheat flour with or without spices.  I have made baked version of farsi puris using the recipe without deep frying it.  They are not oily like deep fried ones.  These farsi puris are super addictive with tea or coffee.
