Delish Baked Veg Cutlet Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make veg cutlet are finely grated carrots, finely chopped green bell peppers, cilantro leaves, Quaker oats, frozen corn, (boiled, peeled, and mashed) red potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, and sunflower oil for cooking cutlets.

Veg cutlets are popular Indian snack made from boiled potatoes, variety of vegetables and oats with basic everyday spices.  They are mostly deep fried until crisp and golden brown or can be baked or air fry to make them healthier.  I have baked them in the oven for 350 degrees until golden brown and crisp.  I have shaped them into cylinders or can be shaped into round as well.  Apply some oil on them before baking.  Also place them on the parchment lined baking tray.  This recipe uses oats instead of bread crumbs to make even healthier version of veg cutlets.  These healthy veg cutlets can be enjoyed any time of the day as a snack.  Serve with green cilantro-mint chutney and tomato ketchup to enhance the flavor of veg cutlet.
