Ingredients to make vegan almond flour brownies are 2 cups almond flour, 1.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup gram flour, 1.5 cups coconut sugar, 1/2 TSP salt, 1 TBSP instant coffee, 6 TBSP sunflower oil, and water as needed.
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325F. In a baking pan line the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk the almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, instant coffee, gram flour, salt, and oil. Add water as needed. Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Keep the batter consistent not too thick and not too liquid.
- Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake it in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center of the brownie comes out with a few moist crumbs attached. Let the brownies cool completely.
- Remove the brownies from the pan and cut into squares.
