Scrumptious Tomato Poha Made by Jaimi!!!

Tomato Poha is a delicious and super healthy Indian dish.  It’s mainly prepared as breakfast or an afternoon lunch.  This wholesome dish is very easy and quick to prepare with simple ingredients.  There are many variations to make poha using varieties of recipes and ingredients.  Now, Tomato Poha has become one of our family’s favorite dish.  Make it at home and enjoy a warm Tomato Poha.

Ingredients to make Tomato Poha are finely chopped cherry tomatoes on the vine, organic red poha, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, lime juice, Turbinado sugar, salt, and sunflower oil.
