Mushroom Masala
Mushroom Masala is a delicious Indian curry with mushrooms, tomatoes, and everyday spices. It is easy to make at home and tastes delicious with warm roti, naan, or rice. Mushrooms are a low-calorie source of fiber, protein, and antioxidants. Almost everyone loves this restaurant-style dish. I tweaked the Mushroom Masala recipe by omitting onion, primarily by adding extra almond flour and spices. It turned out to be mouthwatering!!! Try this recipe, and I am sure you will fall in love with its lip-smacking taste.
