Ingredients
- 2 cups besan
- ½ cup urad daal flour
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ citric acid + 1 tbsp water

- ¼ tsp baking soda + 1 tsp water
