













Aloo Bhindi Dhaba Style
Aloo Bhindi Dhaba Style is a simple and dry Indian curry made with okra, potatoes, and different spices. It goes well with roti, naan, or paratha. Made with simple everyday ingredients from your pantry, this simple recipe is easy to follow and cook. I have tweaked this recipe by cooking potatoes and okra in oil until tender and not mealy.
Ingredients
- 5 yellow potatoes cut into cubed
- 4 cups lady fingers cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 3 tbsp grated garlic
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- 1 lime juice
- 4 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves for garnish
