Lehsuni Sev
Lehsuni Sev is a popular deep-fried crunchy snack from the state of Rajasthan, India. It has a pungent garlic flavor, as the name suggests. Made with gram flour, garlic, and mixed spices. Blend oil, carom seeds, black pepper, cloves, and garlic. Sev – are savory deep-fried noodles made mainly with gram flour.
A cup of masala tea or coffee would be perfect to accompany Lehsuni Sev at any time of the day! You can have these to any salad to add a crunch. It became one of my favorite snacks to make during Diwali! It’s a pretty addictive finger food!!!
