Ingredients
- 1 cup rava
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ginger-green chili paste
- 2 cups water or as needed
- 1 tsp ENO
- For tempering
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 jalapeno peppers deseeded
- 8 curry leaves

Notes: Let the dhokla mixture rest for 20 minutes. Then add 1 tsp ENO and some water to make a thick, smooth batter. Steam the dhokla mixture for about 15 minutes. Let the Rava Dhokla cool for 5 minutes. Cut the dhoklas into squares or diamond shapes. Sprinkle Kashmiri red chili powder on the dhokla batter to enhance the taste.
