Ingredients to make Sabudana Khichdi are sabudana, ground peanuts, oil, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chili, chopped potatoes, salt, coriander leaves, brown sugar, ginger paste, and lime juice.

Sabudana Khichdi is one of the most comforting foods in India.  Tender Sabudana coated with crunchy ground peanuts and sauteed with chopped potatoes using basic spices with a generous squeeze of lime juice.  It’s made chiefly during fasting, like Navratri, Shivratri, or Ekadashi.  It is enjoyed as breakfast, lunch, or dinner.  Serve warm Sabudana Khichdi with plain yogurt.
