I have made ultra refreshing honeydew smoothie which has a sweet flavor and frothy texture.  It’s hydrating and healthy.  It contains water, Vitamin C, and electrolytes such as potassium, magnesium, sodium, and calcium. Ingredients: diced honeydew melon Instructions: Dice the honeydew melon.  Place it in a blender and blend until it forms a smoothie.
